ABOUT LEARNWELL INITIATIVE UG
Learnwell Initiative Ug is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering young learners through education, life skills, and other opportunities. Although it was formally registered in 2026, its journey began earlier in 2023 when a group of passionate volunteers came together with a shared belief that every child deserves guidance, skills, and a fair chance to succeed in life.

To help underprivileged children and vulnerable groups through skills development, education and the promotion of good survival practices such as nutrition, health practices and social skills.

Our Approach
- Needs Assessment to identify the needs of the target population
- Lifeskills training and mentorship: building children’s capacity to mitigate daily life circumstances relating to health, nutrition, personal hygiene, self-help chores and relationship building, self-defense, etiquette, emotional intelligence as well as ethics.
- Skills development: building the children’s income generation competence with practical training in product development and marketing.
- Family support: we empower families of vulnerable children with skills that contribute to the well being of children
How this is done
- Needs Assessment is undertaken by observation and conducting surveys.
- Lifeskills training will be done in quarterly bootcamps across the country using a regional rotation mechanism.
- Skills development will be undertaken in collaboration with government and partner’s skilling programs linking the children to recognized certification as well as collaborative opportunities.

In the long run the organization plans to set up a school offering holistic technical education while creating job opportunities that would improve the lives of the vulnerable children.
