In 2025 Learnwell Initiative Ug started its journey of consolidating its efforts. In the past years the organization supported children with school needs in an informal manner but this changed in 2025. Learnwell Initiative Ug embarked on a rigorous registration process with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, the NGO Bureau, Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development, Wakiso local leadership and the Uganda Revenue Authority. This was done to further legitimize Learnwell Uganda’s operations as well as strengthen its implementing capacity.
Learnwell Initiative Ug is now a recognized NGO under Wakiso District Local Government NGO Forum and as an NGO Learnwell Initiative Ug plans to optimize its relationship with schools where it is implementing its programs as well as district local governments, government line Ministries and other partners with related initiatives.
