Learnwell Initiative UG Limited is a legally registered organization. Registered as a Company with Guarantee and no shares. It’s a nonprofit making organization with aspiration to transform the lives of vulnerable children into meaningful productive lives by offering lifeskills training and mentorship as well as garnering support for sponsorship to acquire formal education.

Learnwell undertakes the following activities
- Needs Assessment to identify the needs of the target population
- Lifeskills training and mentorship building children’s capacity to mitigate daily life circumstances relating to health, nutrition, personal hygiene, self-help chores and relationship building, self-defense, etiquette, emotional intelligence as well as ethics.
- Skills development building the children’s income generation competence with practical training in product development and marketing.
How this is done
- Needs Assessment is undertaken by observation and conducting surveys.
- Lifeskills training will be done in quarterly bootcamps across the country using a regional rotation mechanism.
- Skills development will be undertaken in collaboration with government and partner’s skilling programs linking the children to recognized certification as well as collaborative opportunities.
